Iron Spray

Description

Nordaid’s iron supplement is a sublingual formula, applied under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek. The dosage for adults is 2-8 sprays daily –  2 sprays daily providing 5 mg (36%*) of iron, 8 sprays daily providing 20 mg (142%*) of iron. For dosages suited to infants and children under 12 years it is best to consult with your doctor regarding daily dose. Do not eat or drink for 5 minutes after spraying to allow for optimal absorption.

Iron supplements contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, maintaining normal cognitive function, and keeping stable iron levels. Suitable for both adults and children. Consult with your GP on the appropriate dosage for your child.

When using iron supplements, dark stains may appear on the teeth, which disappear after discontinuing use.

Directions for use: Do not open the bottle to retain its spraying ability – it is an airless product! When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek. Replace the cap after use and store the bottle in an upright position. It is normal that if the product has not been used for a long period, then the spray jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.

Always consult with a doctor or pharmacist prior to adding a supplement to your daily regime in order to ensure it is suitable for you and your needs. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Best before date is valid if the packaging has not been damaged and the products is stored according to the requirements.
