Nelsons’ roots go back to 1860 with the opening of Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy supplying quality remedies, advice and service for practitioners and the general public.

Our link with the Bach Original Flower Remedies goes back to the 1930s when the Pharmacy first helped Dr Bach to bottle and distribute his revolutionary system of medicine. Nelsons and the Dr Edward Bach Centre Back in the 1930s an important chapter in Nelsons’ history was written when Dr Edward Bach, a doctor with a keen interest in homeopathy, approached the Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy to help him make and sell his fledgling, yet popular Bach™ Original Flower Remedies. The relationship between Nelsons and The Dr Edward Bach Centre, based at Dr Bach's former home, Mount Vernon, in Oxfordshire, continues to this day. It was formalised in 1993, and Nelsons is now responsible for the full manufacturing process of the Bach Original Flower Remedies. The remedies are still prepared to Dr Bach's specifications, with the mother tinctures made at Mount Vernon, and the bottling is done in our licensed laboratories in Wimbledon.
